Beautifully produced book with silver gilt edged pages. All the print is raised proud from the page & is easily felt beneath the finger; this is particularly evident with the plates which are printed on shiny paper. Colour illustration by Alfons Mucha tipped onto front cover; all others are in black & white. This copy came from the library of Ewald Osers who contributed a number of the translations. Rear panel of the glassine dust jacket is nicked & its tail is a little torn & creased. Scarce.
