Pale blue printed covers sunned and slightly worn at head & tail of spine. “Selected Poems Jarrell” in ink on spine as well as “12/6, Spring 1955” in faint pencil on front cover (although the date on the imprint is 1954 & the eventual publication date was actually 1956). This proof essentially reprints the US edition without its introduction & so differs in poem order & actual contents from what became the UK edition. Scarce.
