At the tail of the front cover is printed ‘In Appreciation’ next to which Sobell has signed her name. Each poem is dated between 1959 & the last & title poem 1964. Included are poems for her incarcerated husband Morton, the 85th birthday of A.A. Heller (founder of International Publications), on night of the execution of Caryl Chessman as well as a conflation of her own & Ethel Rosenberg’s fates entitled In Memoriam. Cover is age-toned with some evidence of insect interest at its fore edge & a light nibble taken from the next sheet. Evidently folded for mailing. Self evidently scarce.
