Dust Jacket’s inner flap price-clipped with US price stamped in blue ink & small label on inside cover stating the book to be published by Dufour Editions, Chester Springs, PA. On the outside of the rear cover enclosed beneath the rear wrap is an unopened glassine envelope containing a set of library of congress catalog cards. A little toned at the spine with very occasional light spots of foxing within.
