(24pp.) Enclosed with the book & laid in is a folded photocopy of a Robert Clark painting entitled “Head” on the reverse of which are prices for both oil & prints, a printed quotation from Rodin as well as a short handwritten letter from Geoffrey (?) although not mentioning either by name about both Clark (paints dead cats etc.) & Monk ( a lovely Lancashire lass) to North East poet Gordon Hodgeon. Covers minutely handled.
