Near Fine. 51pp. His second appearance following an 8pp. debut collection published in 1954 by the same press. Mitchell’s brief presentation inscription on inside cover. Apart from editors other contributors making early or first appearances in print include Alistair Elliot, Dennis Keene, Peter Levi, George MacBeth & Anthony Thwaite. Tiny tear at head of spine; otherwise a bright, clean copy in its vibrant yellow designed covers. Though present the lightly soiled dust jacket is a little chipped with a small closed tear at the tail of the rear panel and entirely split at the spine.
