Also on front board all in bright gilt are the title and author outlined within a rectangle, horizontal lines at head and tail where there is also the decorative stamp of the Times Book Club with both the paper’s and the club’s inauguration dates of 1785 and 1905 respectively; also depicting a ‘ nail ‘ in the coffin of the Net Book Agreement? Internally; light offsetting to endpapers with short inscription and ownership signature.
