A2 (title) – F8 (ads). No Half title. Illuminated capitals as well as head & tail piece vignettes throughout. Heraldic bookplate on rear of title with 18th century gift inscription. Further writing in the same & recipient’s hands on the fly title for The Life of Zoilus with occasional words elsewhere; all in faded ink. Writing in a different hand is also clearly visible though both pastedowns (there are no free endpapers. Spine with handwritten paper label (both rubbed) & fore corners of boards bumped. Scarce.
